The Silk Museum, Macclesfield

It all started with buttons and grew into the British end of the famous Silk Road.  As a Consultancy we act as the licensing agent for the archive of designs  and pattern books held by Macclesfield Museums.

Clinton Banbury

Art that makes you smile

Clint is an artist with a catalogue of work from commissioned projects and from his successful limited edition print business.  There are over 500 designs available as prints, but his artwork can be licensed for other products ranges.

New Country

The British countryside loved by those who live there or just visit for a holiday.  Others dream of escaping to a more natural life, away from the city.

Julie’s collection is a new view of the country with its use of natural colours and simple forms evoking a valued way of life.

Qwerky

The distinctive Qwerky illustration style was inspired by the simple filled in shapes found in a stained glass window. The initial sketches led to an alternative approach to Christian greetings cards by combining traditional messages with contemporary images, appealing to buyers of all ages. Now the Isobel’s distinctive Qwerky style has been used for a series of distinctly British regional collections.

Amanya

Inspired to create designs for furnishing fabrics, Anna Brewin chose to train as a textile designer in Yorkshire.  Today, she creates her new collections under her own Amanya brand. Her portfolio has expanded into other areas including surface pattern design, graphics and branding.

Bonzo the Dog

Bonzo was created by George E. Studdy when he was drawing cartoons for The Sketch Magazine in 1922. We worked with Bonzo’s last owner to see how we could apply our skills to relaunch Bonzo’s career.

Mabel Lucie Attwell

Mabel left her archive to a family business, Lucie Attwell Ltd.  In 2008, they approached us to act as their Licensing Agents.  So Mabel was the first legacy property we represented. Our work continued until February 2013 when her great-grandson took on the licensing agent’s role.

The Quilters’ Guild Collection

The Quilters’ Guild of The British Isles have a collection of historic and contemporary quilts. They approached us at Brand License Europe, when they were exploring licensing opportunities for the first time.
